Summary:

Reticent teen Mark Hunter (Christian Slater) kept to himself as he walked the halls of his suburban Phoenix, Arizona, high school. But by night, he operated his own makeshift pirate radio station, broadcasting his irreverent observations under the on-air alias of "Hard Harry." As his show gets increasingly more popular, Hunter becomes an influential voice of rebellion for his fellow disenfranchised youth ... and the target of school authorities once he steps on their toes. Talk hard!
